Skill:  Double Unders

Warm Up:  Flight Simulator (only the way up)

WOD L1:  EMOTM for 20 minutes:

Odd:  8 Burpees
Even:  8 Hang Power Clean + Front Squat (115/75)

You can score up to 160 reps

WOD L2:  EMOTM for 20 minutes:

Odd:  10 Burpees
Even:  2 Squat Cleans (205/135)

You can score up to 120 reps

Competition season is finally here!  For those of you who may be unaware of the WORLDWIDE competition taking place starting March 6th, click here for some information.  If you have been already waiting for this moment, then please sign up to represent Reebok CrossFit Back Bay in this event.  Two teams have been registered and once you sing up, become part of “Reebok CrossFit Back Bay II”.  Even if you are not planning on taking the competition seriously and would just to do it for fun, this is an opportunity unlike any other.  You will be given a platform to demonstrate how you stack up against everyone in the world!  There are not many avenues for an event of this magnitude, so take advantage of it to have fun and represent the gym!
